Lucky Pub Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any feature of the Lucky Pub platform — whether through a web browser, mobile browser, or any other supported interface — you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Lucky Pub. These Terms and Conditions govern your entire relationship with Lucky Pub, including how you use games, how you deposit and withdraw PKR, how bonuses work, and what behaviour is and is not permitted on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an account or continue using Lucky Pub. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms will be taken as acceptance of the updated version. 2Eligibility

3Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Lucky Pub account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering at Lucky Pub, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid mobile number, and a working email address where applicable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Do not share your Lucky Pub login credentials with anyone else under any circumstances.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Lucky Pub support immediately and change your password.
• Lucky Pub will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any support channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent.
• Accounts registered using false identities or stolen personal details will be permanently closed and the matter referred to relevant authorities where appropriate.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Lucky Pub — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Lucky Pub does not accept or issue payments in any foreign currency, and no currency conversion is applied at any point in the transaction process.

Deposits: Lucky Pub accepts deposits via the following payment methods commonly used in Pakistan:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (digital bank)
• SadaPay (digital bank)
• Bank transfer via IBFT
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your Lucky Pub balance instantly upon successful processing by your payment provider. Lucky Pub does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with them directly.

Withdrawals: You may withdraw any portion of your available balance at any time, subject to having met any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Lucky Pub aims to process all withdrawal requests within 4 to 10 minutes for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay. Bank IBFT transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank.

Lucky Pub reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any withdrawal request as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Where such verification is required, withdrawals may be held pending the completion of checks. Lucky Pub will communicate clearly and promptly with any member affected by this process.

5Bonuses and Promotions

Lucky Pub offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be displayed at the time the offer is presented. The following general conditions apply to all Lucky Pub bonuses unless an individual promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses at Lucky Pub carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. 7Prohibited Conduct

Lucky Pub maintains a fair and secure environment for all members. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Opening or operating more than one Lucky Pub account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic aid to interact with Lucky Pub games, bonuses, or systems.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to Lucky Pub support immediately.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage.

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the Lucky Pub platform — including but not limited to graphics, game software, interface design, logos, text, and structural elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of Lucky Pub or its licensed game providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or otherwise used outside of normal platform interaction without explicit written permission from Lucky Pub.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Lucky Pub platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not convey any ownership rights and may be revoked by Lucky Pub at any time. Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is used by Lucky Pub under valid commercial licence.

9Privacy and Data

• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Evidence of multiple accounts being operated by the same individual.
• Abusive behaviour toward Lucky Pub staff or other platform members.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed fraudulently or without first attempting resolution through Lucky Pub support.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, Lucky Pub will communicate with the affected member as soon as practically possible. Where a closure results in the forfeiture of a balance, Lucky Pub will provide a detailed explanation of the reason. Members who believe a suspension or closure has been applied in error may submit a formal complaint by contacting support@luckypub.net.

Members may also voluntarily close their Lucky Pub account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed as a withdrawal to the member's registered payment method.

12Limitation of Liability

Lucky Pub provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Lucky Pub makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and continuously, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will always be free from technical errors.

The date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of Lucky Pub after the stated effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
